Inspired by West African design, natural teak features organic knots, holes and graining to reflect its materials’ rich roots, indoors or out. Wood texture, color and graining will vary from piece to piece – a reflection of materials’ organic nature. Cover or store inside during inclement weather and when not in use.
Teak: Address spills immediately by wiping with a soft, dry cloth. Clean with warm soapy water, then dry with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives. Avoid letting water stand on the surface of all teak furniture. Once furniture is clean and fully dry, protect with a well-ventilated cover during inclement weather and when not in use. For natural teak finishes, no additional care is required; however, a furniture technician can be consulted if reviving natural color is desired.
