A staple of many a traditional Moroccan home, the intricately textured lantern is an archetypal signature of Northern Africa’s trademark bohemian style. Fashioned in this image, our metal pendant version features a near infinite number of piercings, all made by hand, and all carefully positioned to cast a hypnotic array of miniature light beams, along with their complementary shadows.
Plated with both a nickel and copper finish before being draped in a final coat of lacquer, the Tangiers also houses a few strategically placed beads––scattered about and embedded within the pierced surface––whose amber hue allows the lantern to catch and disperse honeyed rays of light across your living space from dusk till dawn.
